Camel · General Description : Camel is hoofed animals of the Camelus genus (one humped - Camelus dromedarius, the other double bodied - Camelus bactrianus) found living in deserts and deserts in Asia and North Africa. The average life expectancy of a camel is between 30 and 50 years. Domestication of camels by humans has started since about 5,000 years ago. Utilization of camels, among others, to take milk (which has nutrients higher than cow's milk) and meat, and also used as animal workers.
